Yoga Lab at DESTIHL Brewery

Join the Yoga Lab for a 60-minute Power Yoga class outside on the lawn at DESTIHL Brewery. Power Yoga is a practice of building strength, flexibility, and endurance in your physical body. The Yoga Lab is inspired by the Baptiste Yoga Methodology, so they teach a 60-minute Journey into Power sequence; an intentional flow of simple poses meant to integrate, awaken, and rejuvenate your body.

After class, enjoy a complimentary coffee bar & chef-inspired energy bites by DESTIHL. We invite you to stay for brunch in the Beer Hall as well! Don’t forget to bring your own mat!
