Soundboard Concert Series: Merry Travelers

Join us on the lawn for a free show Saturday, July 15th featuring Merry Travelers! Patio & lawn seating will be available on a first-come basis. Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blanket and enjoy the show!

Merry Travelers is a soul/rock/blues/pop/psychedelic/indie-folk band from Champaign-Urbana.
Merry Travelers captures the hearts and ears of listeners with a unique interpretation of a timeless, feel-good sound inspired by soul music, R&B, blues, and 70’s psychedelic rock. The band takes these influences and infuses an ultra groovy, 21st century flair.

Merry Travelers features an equal balance of musicianship and songcraft, fans of Amy Winehouse, Lake Street Dive, and other female led-danceable-soulful pop bands will enjoy us. Highlighting lead singer, Holly Monet, and her gracefully soulful delivery, the band puts top notch musicianship, songwriting, arranging, and improvisation all together to create their unique yet familiar sound.
