You may ask-What is a macaron cookie? A macaron is a meringue-based sandwich cookie made with almond flour, egg whites, confectioners’ sugar, and food coloring. Filled with ganache, jam, or buttercream. Our Winery will feature wine and macaron cookie pairings with from Spoon River Junction Macaron Company.
