Community Movie Night at Hancock Stadium – Super Mario Bros. Movie


As a kickoff to the 2023-24 Illinois State Athletics season and a thank you to its loyal fans, Illinois State Athletics is excited to host its annual Community Movie Night on Friday, August 11, at Hancock Stadium.

Presented by the Bloomington-Normal YMCA, this year’s event features a FREE screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which will begin on the video board at Hancock Stadium at 6:30 p.m. Gates to Hancock Stadium for the movie will open at 6:00 p.m.

Concession stands on the East side of the Hancock will be open and food can be eaten in the East or West bleachers. NO outside food or beverage will be allowed into Hancock Stadium. Free parking will also be available in lots adjacent to the stadium. Fans are encouraged to bring blankets, sleeping bags or mats to sit on to watch the movie, as no chairs will be allowed on the turf. Those wishing to sit in the stands will also have that opportunity.
