About the Author: Jen is an author and mental health counselor in the child welfare field. Her passion for understanding trauma, emotions, and relationships shows up in her job and her writing. When she isn’t digging through dozens of book stacks scattered around her house, you’ll find her writing music, losing to her husband in video games, and working on puzzles while her cat tries to destroy them. Jen lives in Bloomington, IL.
