Founded in 2013, Sunshine Daydream specializes in performing Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band music in a refreshing, high-energy, up-tempo style. They have played through hundreds of songs in the Grateful Dead repertoire over the years. You never know what you are going to hear and the sets are designed to please the Deadheads and casual listeners. The songs are performed as they are intended: high energy, hard-hitting and always danceable. Expect psychedelic and innovative jams as the band navigates the Grateful Dead repertoire and select covers by bands like The Allman Brothers, Phish, Widespread Panic and more. The band is based in Springfield, IL and has gratefully enjoyed the support from the greater Illinois community and beyond.

Touring blues artist Travis Ried of the James Armstrong Band has teamed up with veteran Central Illinois musicians to deliver an authentic psychedelic Allman Brothers Band tribute. A regular performer at Buddy Guy’s Legends, the Red Rooster, and major blues festivals, Travis brings deep authenticity and fire to the stage. Together, the band delivers soulful vocals, intricate harmonized guitar leads, rock-solid rhythms, and fearless improvisation.
Ramble down to the next Blue Sky Revival show and experience high-energy Allman Brothers–style southern rock and psychedelic blues.
