RUBY’S “BEST OF SHOW” DOG PARADE CONTEST


The Facebook post announces a special event at Wild Harvest Honey Farm for Ruby’s Rescue & Retreat on October 21st. The event begins at 12:00 pm and includes a Dog Costume Parade – “BEST of SHOW” (free for your dog to participate with a donation to Ruby’s) a kid costume contest (free for your child to join in the parade with a donation to Ruby’s), pumpkin carving, an adult costume contest (free with a donation to Ruby’s), a Wizarding World of Wild Harvest, and a ‘NO MANS LAND’ Haunted trail. Attendees can also enjoy chili, hot dogs, apple cider, hot chocolate, and a bonfire. The event takes place at 9122 BucksRD, Heyworth, Il. 61745.
12:00 pm – Dog Costume Parade, where a donation is required to participate.
1:00 pm – Free kid costume contest.
2:00 pm – Pumpkin carving activity.
3:00 pm – Adult costume contest.
6:30 pm – Wizarding World of Wild Harvest and ‘NO MANS LAND’ Haunted trail
Food and drinks – Chili, hot dogs, apple cider, hot chocolate, and more.
