CANCELLED Open Mic Poetry at Bobzbay Books

Reading of original poetry, favorite poems, short stories, freestyle raps, etc all welcome. Please keep your time under 10 minutes, you can hop back on once everyone has shared 🙂

**Special Notes:***
We ask that you do not recite poems that degrade or ostracize any particular human (aka no homophobia, racism, bigotry, etc.).
This event is open to all ages, but please note some poems may not be suitable for all ages. Please use your best judgement as a guardian.
Please do not recite poems that glorify destructive behaviors (illegal drugs, violence, etc.). If you have any questions, just send us a message!

To limit anxiety for some of our poetry readers (and to limit close quarters hanging out), we will have a small seating area (8 or so chairs), you are welcome to mill about the shop while listening to the poetry.

If you are sick please don’t attend (these events are monthly — you can come to the next one when you feel better!)
