Having roots that trace back to their beginning days in Austin, TX- MCB is a bonafide Texas rock/rock/funk/bluesy jam band with serious flavor. With their two original founders back together & a few added veterans of the Midwest live music scene, they bring well over a century’s worth of high quality entertainment experience to the stage. From the soulful sounds of “How Long” to the time-tested sing along anthem of “Remain The Same”, or as fans of the band call it “Birdsh*t”, MCB is a true Central Illinois treasure that will always leave you wanting more!
Connie Link Amphitheatre is a beautiful and unique performance venue that offers FREE or low cost entertainment for the whole family! Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, kick back, relax and let us take care of you! Concessions, such as soda/water, popcorn, candy, and frozen desserts will be available for $2.00 each!
