Breakfast Food Prep presented by CHFC & Green Top Grocery
Join us at Green Top Grocery for a fun, hands-on breakfast food prep event. In this 2-hour workshop lead by our Registered Dietitian, Emily Leffew, you’ll prepare your choice of two nutritious and convenient breakfast options – perfect for busy mornings.
Each participant will leave with three servings of each recipe they choose. All ingredients are thoughtfully sourced front Green Top Grocery, so you can feel good about what you’re making and eating.

– Overnight Oats
– Egg Muffin Bites
– Homemade Granola Bars
Feel free to bring your own containers, or we will have some on site.
