Eggs on the Square


Eggs on the Square is free community-wide Easter event for all ages!

The Easter egg hunts will take place between 9:15–10:15 AM on the lawn of the McLean County Museum of History located at 200 N Main St in Downtown Bloomington. The square will be set up for specific age groups on the East and West sides!

•East side: Ages 2, 3, and 4 at 9:15 AM
•West Side: Ages 5, 6, and 7 at 9:30 AM
•East Side: Ages 8, 9, and 10 at 10:00 AM
•West Side: Adults (that’s right, mom and dad, you get to hunt too!) at 10:15 AM

20,000 eggs will be filled with a mix of candy, small toys, and gifts that were donated by many local Bloomington-Normal businesses, totaling a value at over $5000!

Other fun activities include:
Face painting, Balloon artists, a photo booth, free donuts from Denny’s Doughnuts, and you take your photo with the Easter Bunny!
