The Normal Parks and Recreation Department maintains 400 acres of land, two outdoor pools, a 10-field softball complex and 13 miles of the Constitution Trail. Parks are open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited; pets are allowed on a leash.
