Ultra Violet by Gina Hunt and Krista Profitt


Opening Reception for Multiple Scattering, a series of Nine Intaglio and Handcut Paper works by Megan Hinds, an Illinois State University BFA Printmaking alum from Chicago. Her work explores sunset murmurations, the relationship between clouds and color at sunset.

Also opening the same night: Ultra Violet, by Illinois State University MFA Painting alums Gina Hunt of Chicago and Krista Profitt of Pennsylvania. The two artists will bring saturated hues of Ultra Violet to their work for this exhibition.

Unplanned, a video by Timothy Winkelman, NYC, an ISU BFA Painting alum will be on view during the opening.

Work by current ISU students Kirsten Heteji (MFA Ceramics) and Haley Gray (BFA Painting) will be displayed also.
