Trains in the Heartland


The Heartland Community College Foundation and model train club, N Scale of Bloomington Normal, are pleased to announce Trains in the Heartland will take place on March 28th and 29th at Heartland Community College’s Astroth Community Education Center in Normal, IL. This two-day model train show will feature operating model train layouts in multiple scales. Special programming will be offered each day. Saturday Presentations: 10:30 am: Railroads in McLean County by Mike Matejka, McLean County Museum of History 1:30 pm: Monticello Railroad Museum Sunday Presentations: 11:15 am: Operation Lifesaver 1:30 pm: Amtrak & National Park Service Trails & Rails Program

Sunday, March 29th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
