St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer featuring the We Care Half Marathon


Join supporters in communities across the nation for the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer featuring the We Care Half Marathon during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month for this family-friendly event that raises funds to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Our mission is clear: Finding cures. Saving children.® The event will feature patient family speakers, a scenic 5K and Half Marathon, family friendly activities and live entertainment.
