Season of Small

The City of Bloomington Economic and Community Development Department has partnered up with 30 Downtown Bloomington Businesses to make your #ShopSmall dreams come true during the Season of Small with our Passport Program! Shop from November 28th to December 24th at any of the businesses listed below for a chance to win a curated gift basket that is sure to make you smile and is valued at more than $800 retail!
How can you enter to win?
Shop Small “Passports” will be available at each retailer on 11/28.
Every purchase made at a participating business from 11/28 to 12/24 will grant the shopper stamps in their passport (Stamps might be an actual stamp, an initial, or a sticker).
Passports can be turned in at any participating business on or before 12/24.
A winner of the #DowntownBLM gift basket will be announced the week of 1/11.
