Righteous Among Us – Streamed Staged Reading

Coalescence Theatre Project will be presenting a live-streamed production of Amy Tofte’s award-winning play, “Righteous Among Us.” “Righteous Among Us,” directed by Elaine Hill, is an emotionally charged drama that asks the timely question, “is a comforting lie more bearable than an uncomfortable truth?”

A researcher at a civil rights museum, played by Katharyn D Brown, collects oral histories from the ancestors of those who saved Jews during the Holocaust. She also collects the stories of those who were saved. But when she uncovers that one hero family’s legend may be a lie, she must not only break the news to all involved and shatter the myth but also come to terms with her own need to find heroes and good intentions among regular people. “Righteous Among Us” features a talented cast that includes Katharyn D. Brown, Nisi Sturgis, and Aimee-Lynn Newlan.

“Righteous Among Us” will be live-streamed on September the 20th at 7:00 PM. Tickets are FREE and available through ShowTix4U by following this ticket link https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/39413. Donations are encouraged. Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you at the live-streaming of “Righteous Among Us.”
