Pigs On The Prairie


Sugar Grove Nature Center in Funks Grove is hosting an eventful day of fun on the second Sunday in September called, Pigs On The Prairie!

Please join us for this FREE event which includes a performance of Out On Our Own: The Story of The Three Little Pigs… A Puppet Show! by Bloomington-based theatre company, Suspended Belief Theatre.

The fun starts at 1:00 PM with varied arts and interactive stations around the Grove including puppet and mask building, a creative building challenge, and visiting with a live pig! The puppetry performance begins at 2:00PM with games, art stations, and interactive & educational experiences outdoors continuing after the show until 3:30PM.

Bring your friends & cameras for the Pigs On The Prairie Photobooth!!
