Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community Swing Dance Social and Lesson


Swing dancing is increasing in popularity. It’s easy to learn and provides an enjoyable form of exercise for all ages. Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community is hosting beginning swing dance lessons and a social dance on Saturday October 1. The lesson is from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. a dance to Big Band and Jazz music will follow. Admission is $10 per single and $15 per couple. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Jon Young from Next Step Dance Studio in Bloomington is the instructor. Attire for the evening is casual and all ages are welcome.
