Please join Dr. Khalid Yaya Long of Columbia College Chicago as he presents:
“AN ARCHITECT OF BLACK FEMINIST THEATRE: Glenda Dickerson, Transnational Feminism, and The Kitchen Prayer Series”

This is a public lecture that examines the work of Black feminist iconic theatre director, folklorist, adaptor, writer, choreographer, actor, black theatre organizer, and educator. Dr. Long will put Dickerson’s work in context to Black Feminist theory.
