Heartland Community College Boot Camp
This 45-minute moderate-to-high-intensity workout will get your blood pumping, metabolism going and muscles revved. You’ll combine a cardiovascular and muscle-building workout using partner work, agility drills, plyometrics and lots of fun to get your day started right. Whether you are looking to slim down, tone up or just get in shape, this exciting and challenging class is for you! All skill levels welcome. Locker rooms with showers are available at the FRC.
