Why Wine, Chocolate and Drumming in a Drum Circle?

Relaxation is Key to good mental and physical health, and what better way to relax then by enjoying the sensory experience of a wine and confection chocolate tasting combined with another relaxing sensory experience like rhythmic drumming. Karl Bruhn states it best: “We are drawn to drums. They are like a magnet, and few can pass a drum without touching it. But, more than that, people with little or no musical background can participate in group percussion activities. Drumming experiences tend to be enjoyable and positive for all involved. Participation in a drum circle event promotes relaxation, communication, and a sense of belonging to the community.”

So the answer is , Why NOT it’s good for you…and fun!

Reservations are required, and participation is limited to 24 people. Call 309-359-9463 to reserve your spot. Couples, friend groups and singles are all welcome! You are welcome.
