Central Illinois Open Water Swim (CIOWS)
CIOWS-1.2 or 2.4 mile swims in Evergreen Lake at Comlara Park, Hudson, IL The Central Illinois Masters Swim Team hosts a great event. The lake is in the middle of Illinois, 2 hours south of Chicago and 2.5 hours north of St. Louis. The water is usually perfect (as is the weather), so don’t miss the 10th anniversary. We’ll have special awards for all participants.
