Boot Camp at DESTIHL Brewery
Join us for an invigorating workout in the Barrel Room!
Boot Camp is a fast-paced, fun, bodyweight workout! We’ll move together through basic exercises like squats, pushups, lunges, and sit-ups but in a way that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong!
Gather your friends and join Ashley Davis from My Lean Body Bootcamp for a 45-minute workout in the Barrel Room. Then, cool down with a complimentary post-class DESTIHL beverage!
