Books to Benefit Veterans Day Author Event


On Saturday, November 10 from 1-3 p.m., join Books to Benefit in celebration of Veterans Day as nationally recognized Peoria author Tim Pletkovich discusses his book, Civil War Fathers: Sons of the Civil War in WWII, composed of narratives of World War II veterans from eight families who share a unique commonality. Unbelievable as it may seem, Civil War veterans fathered children who fought in World War II.
