On Thursday evening, June 8th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, in partnership with the Bloomington-Normal Catholic Schools, will once again welcome 600 ticketed guests to the 4th annual Bloomington-Normal Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Festival. The Parke Regency Hotel & Conference Center is once again the host site of this year’s prestigious event, and the facility’s expansive ballroom and surrounding area will provide comfortable seating and cash bars, allowing guests to enjoy on-stage live music and prize giveaways. Attendees of the Festival will enjoy an assortment of unique samples from over 15 wineries, restaurants, grocers, caterers, purveyors, and retailers, as well as free individual or group photographs from Oglesby’s Photographic Arts. In addition, Festival guests will experience a taste of Italy as they savor authentic Sicilian samples prepared by Caffe Italia Ristorante and a delectable offering from Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano.
Tickets to the Bloomington-Normal Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Festival are $20 and can be purchased through Tuesday, June 6th (or until event is sold out) at Corpus Christi Catholic School, Epiphany Catholic School, St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School, Central Catholic High School, and Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home. There are a limited number of tickets allotted per location and 100% of the proceeds will benefit the aforementioned educational institutions. Attendees must be 21 years or older to purchase a ticket and enter the Festival; and all attendees must present their ticket (with proper identification) at one of the two designated welcome tables located at the front and rear entrance of the Parke Regency Hotel and Conference Center.
