Bao vs Dumpling cooking class


Is bao the same as dumpling??? In this class, you will have an opportunity to learn how to make bao and dumpling from scratch using fresh ingredients and then compare the difference between them. Not only will you learn the techniques to create bao and dumpling wrappers, you will also get to eat them in class. Our instructor, Vivian, is the owner of Bao Destination where she makes all her products from scratch. She is passionate about sharing her culture and the art of making bao and dumpling with the community. Ticket includes price of the ingredients. Adults 21 and over can BYOB.
