Autumnal Festival

Join us as we celebrate 10 years! Birthday cake cutting at 1:00 p.m.

Activities: Corn Maze Quest, Scarecrows on Parade, Kid’s Corn Palace, hay rides, Pumpkin Olympics, silent auction (fall containers and scarecrows), Master Gardener Presentation – “Creating Art From Plant Dyes” (1:00 p.m.)

Children’s Activities (9:00 a.m. to noon): Sponsors and booths – Children’s Discovery Museum, Illinois State University Horticulture Center, McLean County 4-H, Normal Public Library, University of Illinois Extension McLean County Master Gardeners, ISU Service Dogs, and more.

For Sale: Pumpkins, cornstalks, mums, gourds, and items from local vendors

Food: Hotdogs, chips, cider slushies, and other fall goodies

Entry Fee: $5 – ages 13 and up; $3 – ages 3-12; free – ages 2 and under. Some activities are subject to small fees, including hay rides for $1.

The Horticulture Center is located off West Raab Road in Normal, across from the Corn Crib baseball stadium. Off-street parking will be available.
