ARC Scramble

The Build the ARC 2019 ARC Scramble, sponsored by Central Illinois Orthopedic Surgery, will take place September 16th at The Links at Ireland Grove and will benefit the ARC Living Memorial Fund and the goal to redesign and renovate the green space as ARC is now focused on expanding program offerings to include outdoor activity and educational, nature-based opportunities in a relaxing and inviting space.

There will be 2 shotgun start times – 10 AM & 1 PM. Your team can choose at what time they would like to participate. In a Scramble, after each player tees off, all players pick up their ball and move it to the ball with the best position. Then, all players hit the next shot from that spot. This continues until the ball is holed.

The ARC Scramble is open to ARC members and non-members alike! We hope the community will get involved in our first golf outing as a way to show support to ARC during the September Build the ARC campaign and National Senior Center Month.

The cost to participate in the event is $35 per player in the 4-person team. Checks for registration fees can be made payable to: ARC Living Memorial Fund and mailed with the completed registration form to ARC at 600 E Willow St, Normal, IL 61761 or dropped off at the center. Registration fee includes: golf cart & green fees for 9 holes, boxed lunch and prizes for men’s and women’s closest to the pin and longest drive and lowest team score.

The deadline to register your team for the ARC Scramble is September 2, 2019. Don’t delay!

*Note: We have several sponsorship opportunities available to interested individuals and companies. Contact Communications Coordinator Sammi Oleson at soleson@normaltownship.org if interested.
