American Red Cross Superhero Summer Blood Drive
The need for blood does not take a summer break. The American Red Cross collects 40% of the nation’s blood supply, and this time of year, blood donations are especially important to maintain a stable supply. Be somebody’s hero by donating blood at the Superhero Summer Blood Drive this Wednesday in Bloomington!
Fewer than 50 percent of appointments are filled for this event. Make an appointment (sponsor code: SUPERHERO) by visiting redcrossblood.org, calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App.
All presenting donors will receive a free Red Cross T-shirt while supplies last, plus a $10 e-gift card, courtesy of Suburban Propane. In honor of the new Baz Luhrmann film, Elvis, all who come to give in the month of June will be automatically entered for a chance to win a VIP trip to Graceland for two, including round-trip airfare to Memphis, plus a three-night stay at The Guest House and Elvis Entourage VIP tour, courtesy of Graceland, a custom-wrapped Gibson Epiphone guitar and more.
