20th Annual Ride of Silence

Join McLean County Wheelers for the 20th anniversary of this worldwide event (over 400 global locations in 2021). A short, silent bike ride, to honor cyclists injured or killed in traffic accidents, and to raise awareness of the need for cyclists and motorists to share the road. Meet around 6:30 p.m. on Main Street in front of the McLean County Museum of History. Mayor Koos and Mayor Mwilambwe will speak at 6:45 and we will have a police-escorted bike ride to Uptown Circle at 7:00 p.m., where we will have a short wrap.
