The Baby Fold’s Hybrid Festival of Trees

November 16 – November 21

Are you ready for a little Christmas spirit? Usher in a sparkling holiday season with The Baby Fold’s Hybrid Festival of Trees 2020 – November 16-21! For the past 27 years, beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and holiday décor have been up for auction to support the health and well-being of over 1200 local children and families – and this year is no exception! Welcome to the 2020 HYBRID Festival of Trees! This pop-up Christmas marketplace offers both online and SAFE in-person participation options. Enjoy a new mobile auction website that makes bidding easy, safe, and more convenient than ever before. This virtual, paperless environment means that anyone can browse, bid, and purchase auction items on their mobile device from any location, beginning November 15, 2020! The one-of-a-kind holiday trees and décor will also be on display at Eastland Mall (in the former MC Sports location, by Kohl’s) from November 16-21, with convenient curbside pickup on Sunday, November 22. Thanksgiving Indoor Farmers Market

November 21

The 14th annual Thanksgiving Farmers’ Market will take place on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. They’ve got everything, but the turkey for your Thanksgiving celebration!
Please remember, clear bags are required to enter the Grossinger Motors Arena. Masks will also be required for this year’s indoor market.

Turkey Trot

November 26

An old favorite with a new twist! This year’s 42nd annual Thanksgiving tradition will be one unlike any before! 2020 will bring a change to the popular event as we invite you to take the trot virtually. There will still be plenty of opportunity for good old-fashioned family-friendly fun and prizes as we try to fit in some fitness before the feasts!


Christmas at Clover Lawn

November 27

Be the first to see the Clover Lawn Gift Shop at the David Davis Mansion all decorated for the holidays, bursting with Christmas merchandise and great presents for your friends and family! Enjoy special discounts throughout the store! Listen to some festive Christmas music while you shop our Victorian Christmas tree ornaments and decorations, holiday themed books and more, and pick up a glass pickle or the famed peppermint pig!


Season of Small

November 28 -December 24

The City of Bloomington Economic and Community Development Department has partnered up with 30 Downtown Bloomington Businesses to make your #ShopSmall dreams come true during the Season of Small with our Passport Program! Shop from any of the participating businesses for a chance to win a curated gift basket that is sure to make you smile and is valued at more than $800 retail! Click here to learn more!


Small Business Saturday

November 28

Shop in Uptown Normal on Small Business Saturday sponsored by Farnsworth Group on November 28. We would like to encourage everyone to shop small after Thanksgiving on Small Business Saturday.
