Downtown Bloomington First Friday

Downtown Bloomington | Friday, September 4th | 5:00-8:00pm

The Downtown Bloomington shops will be buzzing as they host their September First Friday! With the Oh Honey theme, retailers will have local beekeepers outside their store educating shoppers on the importance of bees and honey! Don’t miss the deals and learning all about the bees!

Sounds of the Connie Link Amphitheatre

Connie Link Amphitheatre | Friday, September 4th | 6:00pm-8:00pm

Turas, an Irish/Celtic band, will be performing at the Connie Link Amphitheatre! They’re not your average local band, so you won’t want to miss this performance! Bring your own chairs and a snack and come enjoy this FREE outdoor concert.

Downtown Bloomington Farmers’ Market

Downtown Bloomington Museum Square | Saturday, September 5th | 7:30am-12:00pm

#ShopLocal at the Farmers’ Market. The square will be filled with local farmers and vendors selling homemade goods, fresh flowers, produce, and more! This is a great place to buy all of your Labor Day Cookout items. Be sure to wear your mask and bring your four-legged friend as they are welcome too!

 

 

The Farmstead Fair {Pop-Up Market}

Rader Family Farms | Saturday, September 5th &

Sunday, September 6th | 10:00am-3:00pm

The Farmstead Fair at Rader Family Farms is the perfect one-stop boutique shopping experience! Local Midwest vendors will be selling handmade goods, jewelry, bags, fresh flowers, clothes and more. Plus, this will be the last weekend to check out Rader’s sunflower field! Be sure to head out there for that classic sunflower photo-op!

Annual Grape Stomping Festival

Mackinaw Valley Vineyard | Sunday, September 6th | 12:00pm-6:00pm

The Annual Grape Stomp is for those who have the desire to emulate Lucy and get their feet wet in the wine. There will be wine tasting all day, food by The Mackinaw Lions Club and live music from Rod, Vinny and Friends will be performing throughout the day as MC’s and “stompin rock” for everyone to enjoy. And yes, you should dress up as Lucy as there will be a Lucy look-alike contest.
