Champagne British Car Festival

David Davis Mansion
Presented by the Flatlanders British Car Club, the event features vehicles of all British makes for view on the elegant setting of the Mansion lawn. British style food will be available from Redbird Catering.

 

Cogs & Corsets: A Central Illinois Steampunk Event
June 7-9
Downtown Bloomington
This is a family-friendly event for Steampunk fans and newbies alike! Whether you have a closet full of corsets and gadgets or just recently learned about Steampunk, come learn and be inspired.

 

Glorious Garden Festival
June 21-22
Various BN Gardens
Attention, all gardeners and wanna-be gardeners! This year’s Glorious Garden Festival Garden Walk entitled Welcome Summer! Gardens this year include those with naturalized settings, wonderfully designed hardscaped areas, lake views, a private family Memory Garden, beautiful mosaic artwork, gorgeous flowers, rustic log cabins, gorgeous water features, and more.

 

Make Music Normal

Uptown Normal
Tons of musicians are participating and span all genres of music. The festival is about making music a regular part of everyday life.

 

Illinois Shakespeare Festival

Ewing Cultural Center

This year’s performances include As You Like It, Caesar, and Pride and Prejudice.

 

Sugar Creek Arts Festival
July 13-14
Uptown Normal
Arts and crafts vendors from across the country display their talents and products at one of the most popular juried art and craft festivals in the Midwest. The event takes place on the streets of Uptown Normal and highlights 128 of the most talented artists around.

 

Lincoln’s Festival on Route 66
July 19-21
Downtown Bloomington
This family friendly event will provide many entertaining and historical presentations including visits around town with Abraham Lincoln himself! Enjoy a Route 66 inspired car show at historic Franklin Park along with music and children’s activities.

 

Bruegala

The Corn Crib
Bruegala offers over 300 craft beer samples, more than 50 wines, a variety of food vendors, music and more throughout the two-day event.
