Every family has their favorite way of celebrating America’s birthday, whether it’s barbecuing in the backyard or baking patriotic treats and spending time with loved ones. When | Friday, July 3rd from 5-8 pm

Where | Downtown Bloomington

The Downtown Bloomington Association’s F1rst Fr1day events are held on the first Friday of every month and showcase the numerous galleries, studios and artists downtown. Stop by your favorite business to see what specials and deals they have in store!


What | Village of Downs 4th of July Parade

When | Saturday, July 4th  at 12 pm

The theme for this year’s parade is “Sweet Land of Liberty.” A prize will be given for the best float!


What | Downtown Bloomington Association Outdoor Farmers’ Market

When | Saturday, July 4th from 7:30 am – 12 pm

The Downtown Bloomington Association Farmers’ Market is a producer-only market offering a wide array of farm products — including vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pork, beef, free-range poultry and eggs, flowers, plants, herbs and more!
