Grossinger Motors Arena

The Grossinger Motors Arena, located in historic downtown Bloomington on the corner of Front Street and U.S. Highway Business 51, is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose recreation and entertainment facility. The Arena is a first-class, air-conditioned community and family center; designed specifically to meet the needs of all types of entertainment including major concerts, trade shows, conventions, sporting and civic events. It is home to both the Bloomington Edge of the X-League Indoor Football League and the Central Illinois Flying Aces of the United States Hockey League. With over 180,000 square feet of space, the Arena boasts a fixed seating capacity of approximately 7,000 but can seat over 8,000 for special events. The facility can also be set up as a theatre with a retractable curtain, and enables shows to seat 2,500-5,000 people in a more intimate atmosphere.
